Trader68 was initially developed to add value to and increase the sales of our TradingSolutions product. We realized that without much extra development effort, the software could also accept signals from Collective2 systems. In the near future, we plan to give Trader68 the ability for system vendors to send signals from their TradingSolutions’ models to Collective2, providing yet another reason for system developers to use TradingSolutions as their primary development platform. It’s possible that this business model may need to be changed sometime in the future, but at least not before September 2008 and not without at least 30 days notice to our existing Trader68 customers.

I want to use Trader68 commerically. What do I need to do?

While Trader68 is free for personal use, there are fees associated with it to use it commerically. For more information on how to obtain a commercial license of Trader68 please contact us.

What is the catch? Spyware? Pop-Up Ads?

Trader68 DOES NOT have ANY Spyware components. Trader68 install does not install anything other than the program itself. Nothing runs in the background with or without Trader68 running except in some cases datafeed modules that you would have to explicitly install (not auto-installed by us). The only information that is tracked by our server is the total broker commissions paid by our customers – your trades and account information do not leave your computer. There is also no convoluted un-install process. Trader68 DOES NOT serve popup ads to you at ANY time. We hate those things ourselves, so we are not going to inundate our clients with them either.

Can I submit Manual Orders from Trader68?

Most Definitely! Simply right-click on the symbol on the Asset Grid and choose "Place Manual Order" OR go to the Manage menu and choose "Enter Manual Order".

Can I use the Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation while using Trader68?

Yes. Trader Workstation works as it normally would. If any trades are made within Trader Workstation then Trader68 will automatically reconcile the positions.

How do I stop Trader68 from routing orders?

Simply press the Stop button on the toolbar. To re-enable auto-trading press the Play button at the same location.
